Our Beef

We are proud to say we use only the highest quality meat on the market. Our USDA Prime Angus beef comes from a single source, Double R Ranch, located in Washington State, a family-owned farm known for its responsible practices and superior beef. On average, less than 2% of all harvested beef in the country qualify as USDA Prime. We receive our proprietary blend from a local purveyor, Prime Food Distributor, individually vacuum sealed, locking in maximum freshness and flavor until served. From farm to table, being transparent is important to us, that's why we welcome our guests to visit our purveyors' websites. Our goal is to provide our customers with a dining experience that will leave their taste buds tingling. Complemented with fresh produce, bread baked daily, a trendy environment, and with our own swag, this is a recipe for the ultimate burger.

Dry Aged Beef

The dry aging process is when meat is in a controlled temperature room for several weeks. This process allows the natural enzymes of the beef to break down the muscle tissue, in result will intensify the tenderness and flavor of the beef.
